Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected things come up, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
 
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
 
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

If you or anyone in your household isn’t feeling well, please reach out — I’m always happy to reschedule for health reasons without penalty.
 
Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the time and energy I put into each session.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
 
Please note: clients choosing to pay by card are responsible for a 3% card service fee.

For outcall sessions, a deposit or card on file may be required to hold your appointment. This helps ensure the time and travel are reserved especially for you.
​
If you are using a gift certificate or package credit, please mention it when booking.
 
Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected — your continued business and referrals mean the most.
